The correct rolling:
Have in mind the imaginary line that runs vertically from your forehead to your chest and be careful not to cross it during the massage.
- Make sure your face is always moisturized or fresh by spraying with a moisturizing mist, an oil or a facial serum.
- Start from the middle of the forehead, gently rolling the roller outward and down to the ear.
- Repeat the same movement two or three times.
- Continue working on the face from the eyes down with horizontal movements from the center and outwards to the ear.
- When you reach the jawline, lightly press the roller along the contour towards the ear and then down towards the collarbone.
Repeat the process on the other half of the face.
